About the Show
The Courage to Tell the Truth.
Radio needs the Erick Erickson Show because all the other talk radio shows are missing the point, which is the audience wants a friend to tell them what’s really going on, not a character giving them the party line. Erick Erickson gives the audience the truth in an accessible, relatable conservative package you must have now.
People are busy.
They want that one person who can keep them company, keep them entertained, and tell them what’s actually going on in an insane world. They want that familiar voice who can cut through all the crap, give them the news, analyze it, make them laugh, and keep them company.
There are many voices out there that will throw out the predictable red meat, give the party line, and tell the listener they are absolutely right even when they are wrong.
This show doesn’t do that. It is reliably conservative, but refreshingly unpredictable. The listener keeps listening because they can never guess the topics and more often than not learn something new and laugh.
Erick is a former Rush Limbaugh guest host who succeeded Herman Cain on the radio when Cain sought the presidency in 2012. The Atlantic named Erick the most influential conservative in America. He spent three years as a political contributor with CNN before moving to Fox News for five years. He’s the only conservative radio host in America to consistent get all the Republican Party’s presidential candidates to sit with him on stage at his annual conferences, designed to get his audience up close and personal with would be presidents.
